Before you connect
- Only one Stripe account can be connected to each Hoop account.
- Historic Stripe transactions and payments created directly in Stripe do not automatically sync into Hoop.
- Payment methods, fees, and regional availability are controlled by Stripe and the connected account.
- Authentication
- Open Payments, choose Connect with Stripe, then sign in and approve the secure Stripe authorization.
- Account requirements
- An active Stripe account that can process the required payment methods and currencies.
