Overview
This profile describes the expected connection path if it is enabled in Hoop. Connect a verified Google Business Profile location to manage supported reputation and publishing work in Hoop. Reviews can be read and answered, and the social planner can schedule supported Updates, Offers, and Events. Google Business Profile chat is no longer available.

Expected when enabled: A supported review for the connected location can appear in Hoop for reputation monitoring and follow-up.
Owner reply to Google
Expected when enabled: An authorized user can publish an owner reply to a supported Google review from Hoop.
Scheduled Business Profile post to Google
Expected when enabled: The social planner can publish or schedule supported Update, Offer, or Event posts for a connected location.
