ActiveCampaign
Use Zapier to pass contact, deal, note, and campaign events between Hoop and ActiveCampaign.
How it works
Hoop connects to ActiveCampaign through a Zapier automation. You choose the trigger and action for each Zap, so the connection can send data in either direction without implying a continuous database sync.
Hoop event to ActiveCampaign
A Hoop workflow can start a Zap that creates or updates a contact, deal, note, or related record in ActiveCampaign.
ActiveCampaign event to Hoop
An ActiveCampaign trigger can start a Zap that sends the mapped event or record into a Hoop workflow.
Useful for
- Create or update ActiveCampaign contacts
- Pass deal and note events into an automation
- Start Hoop workflows from selected ActiveCampaign triggers
What you need
- 01
A Zapier account
- 02
A connected Hoop account in Zapier
- 03
Your ActiveCampaign API URL and key
- 04
A tested trigger, action, and field map for each Zap
Before you connect
- This is a Zapier connector, not a built-in continuous record sync.
- Available fields and events depend on the selected Zapier trigger, action, account plan, and permissions.
- Each Zap must be tested before it is turned on.
- Authentication
- Sign in to the Hoop connection in Zapier, then provide the ActiveCampaign API URL and key when Zapier asks for them.
- Account requirements
- A Zapier plan that supports the automation and an ActiveCampaign plan that exposes the selected trigger or action.
