What is a customer platform?
The HoopAI customer platform, also known as 'Hoop,' brings together all the tools your business needs to grow better. With natively-built marketing, sales, and customer service software, open APIs, and hundreds of certified integrations, Hoop is the single source of truth businesses need to provide remarkable customer experiences at every stage of growth.
Hoop covers Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Commerce, and Operations. When you use two or morre features together, your data is automatically connected on the platform through the CRM, enabling you to easily (and powerfully) track your entire customer journey from first website visit, to closed deal, to happy customer.
Are there any overage fees?
We’re not fans of hidden fees, either. Your subscription fee will remain fixed during your current subscription term (up to renewal) unless you proactively upgrade your products or base packages, purchase additional add-ons or limit increases, or exceed certain specified limits of your subscription such as included seats, website subdomains, maximum contacts in your database, or your email send limit.
In the case where you’ve exceeded limits, we don’t charge “overage fees” per se — we’ll simply recommend bumping you up to Hoop Pro to accommodate your increased limits. For a detailed list of product features, packaging, and the limits that apply, please see our pricing.
Why should I choose Hoop Core for my business?
When you purchase Hoop Core, you get access to every core product at a discounted price. This includes Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Commerce, and Operations features— whose systems and data are fully integrated with Hoop's CRM on the same platform.
As you’re evaluating other platform solutions, consider how your costs would accumulate with individual point solutions to cover what Hoop Core can do. With Hoop Core, your data and information will be connected, instead of spread across different tools. You also have access to educational resources meant for founders, guides built into the product to help you reach business goals, and the exclusive founder-focused community available only to Core customers.
How many users can I have with each Core plan, and how much do additional users cost?
The Core Plan is normally priced at $50/month per seat (or $40/month per seat with an annual commitment and upfront payment). But for a limited time, we’re offering new customers up to 40% off for the first year. Pay $9/mo per seat for your first year ($15/mo per seat thereafter), with upfront payment and annual commitment. Or, pay month-to-month at $15/month per seat for your first year ($20/mo per seat thereafter), with no annual commitment. This offer has no set end date and can be discontinued at any time.
Customers with a Core subscription may purchase additional Core seats at any time to add new users to their account. For more details, visit our pricing page.
Do I need to purchase onboarding services?
While onboarding is required for the Pro and Enterprise editions of our software, it is not required for the Core edition. Hoop Core includes intuitive new user onboarding that will walk you through every step and allow you to choose from tailored templates to customize your CRM for your specific industry. However, if you’re looking for additional help, inbound consulting services are available for an additional fee.
