About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Design. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery and craft flows, prototypes, and visuals.
• Use research and data to simplify complex tasks.
• Drive design systems and guidelines for consistency.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from problem to launch.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and quality.
• Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

First 90 days

• 30d: produce flows and prototypes for 1 area
• 60d: validate a concept with research and data
• 90d: launch a polished experience with high usability

What you’ll bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
• Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
• Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
• Bachelor’s or higher in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

About the team

• Craft simple, cohesive experiences and brand moments for Levant and GCC.
• Partner with Product/Marketing to tell the story of an AI-first customer platform.
• Design with systems thinking: tokens, components, accessibility, and motion.
• Ship quickly with strong critique culture and tight PM/Eng loops.

What you'll do

• Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship polished experiences.
• Deliver flows, prototypes, and specs that clarify the problem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
• Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; portfolio required
• Systems thinking and strong interaction craft.
• Comfort with research, prototyping, and implementation detail.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
• Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
