About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Developer Experience. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

• Create great docs, guides, and samples for developers.
• Build SDKs and reference apps that unblock developers.
• Engage community through forums and events.
• Collect feedback to inform product and APIs.
• Measure developer adoption and satisfaction.
• Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

First 90 days

• 30d: publish starter docs and samples
• 60d: ship SDK updates and a tutorial series
• 90d: grow developer adoption and satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
• Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
• Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

• Measure success by time-to-first-value and integration adoption.

What you'll do

• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
• Improve SDKs, docs, and samples to reduce time-to-first-value.
• Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
• Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
• Champion developer feedback into the product roadmap.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Comfort writing code and docs others love to use.
• Community engagement and feedback skills.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
• Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
