About the role

You will own meaningful scope in People & Talent. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard great people quickly.
  • Partner with managers on performance and development.
  • Run comp, benefits, and people programs.
  • Maintain compliant, simple processes and documentation.
  • Improve employee experience with data and feedback.
  • Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

First 90 days

  • 30d: align hiring plan and scorecards
  • 60d: reduce time to hire and improve candidate experience
  • 90d: roll out performance or comp cycle improvements

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
  • Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
  • Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

  • Base 110k to 150k USD. Equity and comprehensive benefits. Local ranges apply outside the US.
