Product Manager, Ecosystem Senior

We build the core product surfaces customers use daily and align the roadmap to growth outcomes across activation, adoption, and revenue.

About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Product. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

• Define clear problems and outcomes and write crisp PRDs and specs.
• Prioritize roadmap using data, research, and customer input.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship on a 2 to 4 week cadence.
• Run experiments and measure impact on activation, adoption, and revenue.
• Coordinate launches with Marketing, Sales, and Success.
• Keep quality high and reduce operational load for support and success.
• Ship integrations and marketplace features with partner-ready APIs and docs.

First 90 days

• 30d: map users, metrics, and ship a small improvement
• 60d: launch a bet improving activation or retention by 5 to 10 percent
• 90d: publish a 2-quarter roadmap with OKRs

What you’ll bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
• Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
• Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field

About the team

• Define and ship product outcomes that matter in the Americas.
• Run discovery, sequencing, and bets with clear, testable assumptions.
• Partner with Design/Eng to deliver simple, lovable experiences.
• Measure success with activation, retention, LTV, and margin.

• Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
• Ship small, learn fast, and scale what works.
• Run discovery with customers and craft a focused roadmap.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus
• Customer discovery and prioritization rigor.
• Outcome orientation with metrics literacy.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
• Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
