About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Customer Success. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

  • Own a book of business with clear success plans.
  • Drive adoption, training, and executive QBRs.
  • Lead renewals and partner on expansions with Sales.
  • Identify risks early and drive action plans.
  • Capture feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

First 90 days

  • 30d: meet top accounts and set success plans
  • 60d: raise adoption of key features by target percent
  • 90d: renew $ARR and improve NRR

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
  • Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
  • Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

About the team

  • Own adoption, outcomes, and renewals for customers across Levant and GCC.
  • Drive value with success plans aligned to business metrics.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap using structured feedback loops.
  • Run executive QBRs and coordinate multi-threaded stakeholder maps.

  • Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
  • Create success plans and drive adoption to outcomes.
  • Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
  • Proactively manage risks and renewal strategy.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Track record driving adoption and renewals in B2B SaaS.
  • Comfort advising executives with quantified outcomes.
  • Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
  • Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
