About the team

We run the GTM engine and cross-company execution. We own CRM, forecasting, enablement, pricing ops, deal desk, and PMO.

About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Revenue Operations. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

• Own CRM architecture and data quality across GTM.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
• Design territories, quotas, comp, and capacity plans.
• Run pricing and packaging ops with Product and Finance.
• Lead enablement, deal desk, and company-wide program execution.
• Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

First 90 days

• 30d: audit CRM and pipeline health
• 60d: improve forecast accuracy and SLA on data
• 90d: ship GTM dashboards and territory plan

What you’ll bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
• Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
• Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

About the team

• Make revenue execution in EMEA predictable and scalable.
• Own the GTM operating system: territory, quota, ICP, and funnel.
• Improve conversion with enablement, content, and process instrumentation.
• Maintain clean data, reliable reporting, and tight forecast hygiene.

What you'll do

• Improve conversion by removing friction and enabling teams.
• Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
• Own territory, quota, compensation, and system integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
• Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• GTM systems and analytics proficiency.
• Process design that improves conversion and forecast quality.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
• Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
