About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Data & Analytics. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

• Model data for self-serve analytics and governance.
• Build reliable pipelines and metrics with clear owners.
• Run experiments and causal analysis to guide decisions.
• Build dashboards and documentation people actually use.
• Partner with teams to define KPIs and targets.
• Define clear metrics with owners, lineage, and tests.

First 90 days

• 30d: ship trusted metric definitions
• 60d: deliver first decision-driving dashboard
• 90d: run experiments with measurable impact

What you’ll bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
• Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
• Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
• Bachelor’s or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

• Turn raw data into decisions across the Americas.
• Own models, metrics, and experimentation that drive product and GTM.
• Keep definitions consistent and dashboards trustworthy.
• Partner with Eng to keep data quality high from the source.

What you'll do

• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
• Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
• Build reliable pipelines, models, and curated datasets.
• Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
• Partner with PM/Eng/RevOps on experimentation and insights.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• SQL, modeling, and data quality basics.
• Experimentation literacy and stakeholder communication.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
• Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
