About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Sales. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage pipeline with accurate forecasts.
  • Run discovery, value demos, and multi-threaded deals.
  • Partner with Solutions, Marketing, and Success to win and expand.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and territory plans.
  • Share competitive insights and influence the roadmap.
  • Run multi-threaded cycles with economic buyers, champions, and legal.

First 90 days

  • 30d: complete ramp and build territory plan
  • 60d: create N qualified opportunities and run multi-threaded cycles
  • 90d: close $ARR target with forecast accuracy

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
  • Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
  • Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

About the team

  • Own new ARR in the Americas for HoopAI’s all-in-one customer platform.
  • Partner with Marketing and Solutions Engineering to run focused, insight-led deals.
  • Run multi-threaded enterprise cycles with crisp next steps.
  • Close with value hypotheses and mutual close plans.
  • Sell value with clear business cases: activation, retention, LTV, and cost-to-serve.
  • Operate a repeatable, forecastable motion with high hygiene in the CRM.

What you'll do

  • Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
  • Run executive value reviews with quantified ROI.
  • Own pipeline creation, stage progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Consistent performance against quota in B2B SaaS.
  • Command of value-based selling and executive facilitation.
  • Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
  • Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
