About the role
You will own meaningful scope in Marketing. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.
What you’ll do
- Own messaging, positioning, and launches with Product Marketing.
- Run growth programs across paid, SEO, lifecycle, and content.
- Build campaigns by segment and track pipeline impact.
- Partner with Sales on enablement and with Success on expansion.
- Measure and optimize CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion.
- Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
First 90 days
- 30d: publish updated messaging and first campaign
- 60d: generate qualified pipeline with clear targets
- 90d: run 2 experiments improving CAC or conversion
What you’ll bring
- Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
- Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
- Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
- Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- Grow HoopAI’s pipeline and brand presence in Levant and GCC.
- Run targeted campaigns with crisp ICP and persona alignment.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product to position differentiated value.
- Measure what matters: sourced ARR, CAC payback, and velocity.
What you'll do
- Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
- Build content that moves buyers through the funnel.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns tied to sourced ARR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
- Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Campaign planning, measurement, and experimentation skills.
- Excellent storytelling with customer proof.
- Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
- Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
