About the role
You will own meaningful scope in Customer Success. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.
What you’ll do
- Own a book of business with clear success plans.
- Drive adoption, training, and executive QBRs.
- Lead renewals and partner on expansions with Sales.
- Identify risks early and drive action plans.
- Capture feedback and influence the roadmap.
- Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
First 90 days
- 30d: meet top accounts and set success plans
- 60d: raise adoption of key features by target percent
- 90d: renew $ARR and improve NRR
What you’ll bring
- Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
- Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
- Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
- Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Compensation and benefits
- Base 160k to 210k USD with OTE 180k to 280k USD. Equity available. Benefits vary by location.
