About the role

You will own meaningful scope in Business Technology. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.

What you’ll do

• Operate identity, device, and network management.
• Support teammates with fast, friendly service.
• Automate provisioning and compliance checks.
• Maintain SaaS tool inventory and access controls.
• Partner with Security on posture and incidents.
• Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

First 90 days

• 30d: stabilize top tickets and SLAs
• 60d: automate provisioning and access
• 90d: improve device compliance and support CSAT

What you’ll bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
• Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
• Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
• Bachelor’s or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

• Enable every team in the Americas with reliable identity, devices, and enterprise apps.
• Automate workflows and keep our internal stack secure and compliant.
• Administer core business apps and automations.
• Keep data flows correct between GTM and Finance.
• Drive high service levels with transparent SLAs and instrumentation.
• Partner with Finance and People for seamless onboarding and offboarding.

What you'll do

• Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
• Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
• Maintain SLAs and instrument service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate crisply.
• Automate identity/device/app lifecycle with clean controls.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
• Enterprise IT foundations (identity, devices, apps).
• Automation-first mindset and SLA discipline.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
• Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
