About the role
You will own meaningful scope in Revenue Operations. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.
What you’ll do
- Own CRM architecture and data quality across GTM.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
- Design territories, quotas, comp, and capacity plans.
- Run pricing and packaging ops with Product and Finance.
- Lead enablement, deal desk, and company-wide program execution.
- Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
First 90 days
- 30d: audit CRM and pipeline health
- 60d: improve forecast accuracy and SLA on data
- 90d: ship GTM dashboards and territory plan
What you’ll bring
- Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
- Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
- Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
- Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Compensation and benefits
