About the role
You will own meaningful scope in People & Talent. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to ship value fast.
What you’ll do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard great people quickly.
- Partner with managers on performance and development.
- Run comp, benefits, and people programs.
- Maintain compliant, simple processes and documentation.
- Improve employee experience with data and feedback.
- Document decisions clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
First 90 days
- 30d: align hiring plan and scorecards
- 60d: reduce time to hire and improve candidate experience
- 90d: roll out performance or comp cycle improvements
What you’ll bring
- Relevant experience in a similar role within SaaS or platforms
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped work
- Strong collaboration across functions and comfort with data
- Clear written communication and simple, practical thinking
- Bachelor’s or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

- Document decisions and tradeoffs for future maintainers.
- Ship iteratively with measurable impact and clear owners.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop teams with clear expectations.
- Keep processes compliant, lightweight, and data-informed.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Recruiting and development experience in high-growth teams.
- Practical policy judgement and discretion.
- Strong ownership, bias to action, and crisp communication.
- Ability to work across time zones with clear written updates.
