Truffle & Oyster Mushroom Seasoning

100% vegan/gluten-free umami seasoning: dried oyster & black truffle mushrooms, white truffle infused oil, nutritional yeast, carob powder, salt. Use on meats, vegan dishes, marinades.

Beetroot Relish

Vegan condiment: Beetroot, onion, date molasses, sunflower oil, herbs (cumin, allspice), apple cider vinegar. For tapas, hummus, falafel, or mezze.

Caramelized Onion

Onions, honey, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar. Sizes: 210g for retail, 1kg for HORECA. Pairs well with burgers, hotdogs, and charcuterie.

Herbs & Balsamic Tomato Sauce

Freshly chopped tomatoes, garlic, herbs (basil, thyme, marjoram), honey, tomato paste, and balsamic vinegar. Modern Mediterranean recipe. Great as pasta or dip sauce.

Pickled Oyster Mushroom

Made with fresh oyster mushrooms, honey, apple cider vinegar, thyme, sea salt. Sizes: 210g (retail), 1kg (HORECA). Serve with charcuterie, salads, or as a side.

Pickled Red Onion

Red onions, honey, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, thyme, coriander seed, sea salt. Retail (210g) and HORECA (1kg) sizes. Great with burgers, seafood, sandwiches.

Roasted Red Sauce

Vegan ketchup alternative. Roasted capia peppers, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, date molasses, sunflower oil, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar. Use with sandwiches, fast food, or as dip.

Roasted Hot Pepper Sauce - Mild

Mild version of the Roasted Hot Pepper sauce, it has the same gourmet base, but with reduced chili intensity.

Roasted Hot Pepper Sauce - Hot

Hot fermented sauce made with 75% roasted capia peppers, sun-dried chili, garlic, honey, tomato paste, and vinegar. Fermented 3 weeks. Ideal for meats, eggs, Asian dishes, and sandwiches.
